Tommy’s Tavern Tap Bartenders enthusiastically provide an excellent guest drinking and dining experience. Our skilled Bartenders must be able to create classic cocktails, have extensive beer and wine knowledge as well as full knowledge of Tommy’s Tavern Tap’s standard menu and daily specials. Our Bartenders are known for being upbeat, friendly and attentive!
Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, strong knowledge of liquors, wines and beer.
Serve food and beverage in a bar setting, with full food menu options.
People and communication skills.
Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Engage with customers, efficiently take orders and serve food and drinks.
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Regular preparation of fruit, juices, all mix ingredients.
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of Bartending experience in a high volume, full service restaurant.
Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 21 years of age.
Reliable transportation required.
